Honest Feedback: Our customer service is a big part of the business and stand out today in a low-touch world. Unfortunately, this company is not one of them. I was introduced to this company and I pointed out that the receptionist would speak to Brian Embilis, the branch manager, based on my questions. I left my contact information in the message and didn't receive a return call from Brian. I called for the second time, but even the receptionist must have known that their response was not very good. She said that I should put the word "urgent" in my answering machine so that Brian could call me back. I didn't think it was necessary, so I left another regular answering machine. I can't answer. I made my third call not only because I wanted an answer, but also because I was so frustrated that I wanted to give Brian feedback about common courtesy. I told the receptionist again that Brian was not good at calling people again. She chased him personally, said he would attend the meeting but leave another answering machine. I waited, leaving a strict answering machine. Brian finally called me back. When he called me back, I said I called three times, but I didn't apologize for not answering, so I thought it was very interesting. Wow...... I hope that this is not the way of business throughout the company.
