I own commercial apartments in most of Auckland's residential buildings. Last fall, the Board of Directors proposed new rules that would interfere with business operations. They didn't listen to me and when I called Rankin's office I was working early on a formal struggle with them.

I wanted to show the committee that I would go as far as necessary to protect my interests. Han Fum took up. She has the right balance at the HOA board of directors and experience moving them without escalating the problem.

With her help, the committee silently abandoned the controversial rules. I'm glad I contacted Ann Rankin's office when I needed help.

Save time and $$$$. Don't look any more. This is the company!  My experience in this company is amazing, and Han, the lawyer who helped us, is amazing!  Han exceeded my expectations, was professional, agile, knowledgeable, and enjoyed working together.  When I first met my lawyer, I often get a sense of vigilance because of the old, often true stereotypes of lawyers being Schuster and actively going to gog. Han has not come out as a real thing, but as a real service provider, rather than a person who goes around and charges unnecessarily.  When I explained the situation, she answered carefully and certainly she could help, and she did! Han was frank and very reasonable in terms of expenses.   I cannot really understand this review unless I share the following facts:  I pay close attention to the analytical, logical, and practical, and I have no tolerance for incompetence, injustice, gouge and lawyers. Regardless of service, I'm only interested in billing.   It is difficult for me to trust my lawyer in respect.  I really respect and trust Han.  Finally, I can always know if someone will exceed my expectations or exceed my expectations within 30 seconds. Han took 10 seconds and certainly exceeded my expectations.  I think of this company and our company's lawyers now. We look forward to a long reciprocal relationship. Thank you, han!

I called Ann about an expedition and during a short conversation I was surprised how rude and professional she was.  

When I started talking, I was introduced to another lawyer and given his name, which was my biggest shock.  It didn't seem to have anything to do with Ann.

The lack of customer service expertise discouraged this review. Originally, a construction contract was necessary for a large reconstruction, so I called. I met two lawyers, one of whom at last accepted my defense and soon began to work. He died in a family that needed to delay the contract for several weeks, but it was a firm document. I was satisfied with the work.

3 After a week, I received an invoice during my vacation. As soon as I returned to the invoice, I sent out a check-out. At this point, it was probably a month since the service was provided, but I would like to emphasize that there is no money out for three weeks. It took one week to pay the invoice (due to vacation), but I paid it immediately. It may take 10 days from the time you sent the invoice to the time you paid it.

A few weeks after you paid, you received an invoice with an original amount plus a 10% late charge. I dropped in and left a message asking about the bill. I'm sure I got a payment email back.

Today, three weeks later, we received a request to charge a late payment fee. I called again. Again, I was put on hold to find out who I should talk to. I put my voice mail at random again.

After all, the service I received worked. However, since the total mismanagement and claims of the lawyer does not amount to $275 per hour, I will not use this law firm again. Such money can expect a great service and professional operating system.

I've been to Ann's customers for several years and found that she is intelligent, smart, smart, fair, and extremely communicative. I absolutely recommend her.

I also point out that I know the reviewer, Howard R. Boca Raton personally considers him one of the most despicable, disgusting and worthless people to darken this planet. I ignore whatever he says. He should enter the hole and die.

Anne Rankine and her operating system have been helping us in every way for over 15 years  I can say without hesitation that the homeowners are related to the management of the house owners and that they come quickly in any way  address any problem, have knowledge, and are reasonable in ~  Their commission Anne is not just an expert  In addition to the legal field of HOA, Anne Rankine's office is highly recommended for most commercial real estate issues.

In the law firm of Ann Rankin, I have been dealing with various house owners for 15 years.  

Ann and her staff are very knowledgeable and very sensitive. But her reward is very fair. I can't recommend this company any more.

Recently we consulted Ann Rankine about a mortgage. We loved her. She was a very knowledgeable, intelligent, and good communicator who spoke clearly and accurately what we should know, without following the tangent aside (as lawyers do sometimes). She is also a very fond person. The legal issues related to real estate always return to her and I highly recommend her.
