Carla accepted the medical negligence of my disabled sister who died in a hospital in Barbank in March 2012. For a few weeks, it went well. She replied very quickly, very flattering and caring. I send an email to her and receive a reply almost the same day.
, but at one point it really didn't work. She told me something about my legality of appealing as my sister's brother, but I had no meaning. So after I hung up on her, I looked it up on line. In this case, the brothers were told they could not appeal, but they found many sites that were otherwise said. So I emailed her, she replied, completely changed the subject, and acted differently from what she had said.
I was troubled. So I decided to go to her website to find out her. I did something bad before I hired her, but...I was very glad that she would undertake my case. It was clear on her website that she was a lawyer of employment law. There was no list of medical errors or malpractice.
E I sent out an email and asked if I had taken the plunge and tackled medical malpractice.
9 I haven't received a reply after a day. From the girl who had been quick to reply. So I emailed the lawyer who introduced me to me. "He is a friend of a judge living in my city," he said, and told him what had happened. He said he would call her and ask her. He answered me that I should tell her. So I emailed her and said he said so.
Carla said, "The relationship between lawyers and customers may not be just that. ", something with the same result. It was a shock! She was 100% behind my case until she doubted my qualifications. Once we asked a question, suddenly we were not compatible. She was a bunch of excuses when I called. She sent me a letter asking me to take my place for my sister. She did not say that our contract was invalid, so I asked her to submit it in writing. She refused. She said it doesn't matter to my qualification question...But what else could it be? In a coincidence that happened after I asked her, did you not respond after 9 days? !
I have been CC to the Chairman of Simona Farris for a long time. She never answered me. If one of her lawyers is having trouble with customers, she wants to intervene...But never,
