I was called Arden when I was falsely charged by a Social Security Disability Attorney for damage compensation insurance fraud.  The charges were 10 felony cases and could be sentenced to 10 years in prison for every felony conviction!

I was faced with the possibility of spending the rest of my life in prison. People with political ties with their former employer in Contra Costa County.

Arden explained to me what I had never imagined. For example, & If you decide, you acknowledge the guilt, but even a small amount of charges, you will not only pay nearly $100,000 in medical expenses to the former employer. WC benefits are paid, but long-term disability & There is a high possibility of sacrificing the right to Social Security Disability Allowance!

Alden, I have faced those bullies and continued to make their names. I was able to protect. Create a clean record, keep home, retain LTD benefits, and ultimately procure SSD benefits with your own qualifications.  Ten years ago, I felt like yesterday. Because I'll be troubled for life.

I spoke to the famous and famous detective lawyer of Danville. He said that he would be $60k and $350 an hour to pass the preliminary hearing. 0/hr  Even though I intended to sell my house, I was ready to do anything necessary to face the sufferers.

Arden agreed to a very reasonable fixed price, which is less than the amount of compensation delivered by those who work two years later.  He & he said briefly. He explained the need to postpone my WC case because there is a possibility that the case will be brought against me in the criminal court.

I always thank his sincerity and effort for his strong opponents against powerful enemies.  In particular, if criminal proceedings are involved, you may not seek a better lawyer under WC law.

I don't know if the comment is true. The

service is incorrect. I experienced and wasted time.

I didn't call you. He had no sense of time, no work, no exclaimed in a very rude voice.

He said he would accept the incident, but he never answered.

Even after I called, I lied.

In the case of the East, you had better not lie on it.

Mr. Alden has trusted and responsible for supporting people I know about business conflicts, employment claims, immigration issues, and litigation on large tickets. He gives his opinion quickly and gives frank advice. I personally appreciate his candor. He is highly regarded in his field.

I agree to the review of Gary B. Arden is impatient, not professional, rude. He yelled at me several times over the phone and made insulting statements while I was at the office. He received a sporadic response to the email, and during the three-hour meeting he left all 8-hour retainers away in the form written in front of me. After leaving the radar without responding to my email, I called on the day before the trial for a third date and yelled at me when I asked why. After that, I misdirected him. He denied that he would give me the time spent changing the court dates according to his calendar. It seems that he spent the last five hours of my retainers in a row on the days when he could not make them. He has never sent me a bill in spite of my request. $2,400 for forms completed in 3 hours. It is not a bad profit for him. Don't be fooled by old reviews. Run.

If you are often in the market and you need a lawyer, I strongly recommend Mr. Nisbach. Through the introduction, I met Arden K and he worked on my compensation case for several months. The former employer refused to pay my last reward or fee, which was when Mr. Arden came. He was confident, very intelligent, and always seemed to know what would happen next. He was well versed in the law, representing my case, and came to a convincing conclusion in the trial, saving both parties money and time.
He is honest, considerate, and seeking the best interests of his customers.

It's dangerous action to find Elip. If you think how your lawyer affects the results of your predicament,  But the stars must have been together that day. Because my lawyer didn't listen to me.

I contacted the lawyer, discussed with each lawyer after first consulting with each lawyer, feeling angry.  The first conversation with Arden Nisbach was enough to find him the best...

Arden first contacted me. Evidence of his reactivity and accessibility was consistent throughout the process.  He didn't hurry to make his first call. He is thorough and good at listening.  He proposed a variety of methods to show the depth of knowledge and experience of employment law.

Arden's humor and elegance make a more painful time, and its applied expertise and insight have brought great results.  We appreciate the discovery of Arden and strongly recommend that you contact Nisbach Law Firm.

The Employee/Employer Act is the best effort.  He helped us in a situation where my employer dropped a reasonable income nine years later and caused an attempt to dismiss him.  The complicated story - it took only a few days to decide.  Mr. Nisbach gave me important advice about what we didn't think - and I thought I knew a lot about employment!  He discussed the issues of age and disability discrimination and the issues of trade union contracts  The layoffs prevention method.  We have shown a quick and accurate direction of where to focus.  We followed his advice and the big employer completely retreated within a few days.    He is based in science fiction, but works mainly in the Bay Area.  We recommend those who are easy to learn, strategic thinking, and easy to use and are quick to respond.  It works!

I was asked a few questions about the possibility of overtime billing that I had thought for a company that had just retired. Posted a question to LawGuru.com and Alden responded on the same day. I received a few more questions, sent him an email, and Arden immediately called me back. We talked about my possible claims for more than 30 minutes, and Arden gave me a wealth of knowledge and insight that I never thought about. He was very professional, frank, and easy to talk to. He explained all my options, explained them completely, and turned each pro and part of the computer. Arden was so elaborate, so impartial, and so unwilling to pursue his demands, that he left the ball in my court. In itself, it is a great story of his honesty and sincerity as a lawyer. If you need to go to Arden, you should be sure to go to Arden and do so if you need a lawyer.
