My experience was with Manisha, a specialist only.  I can't talk with the rest of the staff, but I was very positive about meeting Mahito-sha.  
I think her devotion is professional, so I definitely recommend Manisha. Unfortunately, lawyers don't always.

I am very sorry to see so many bad reviews. For 15 years, I left Annie in several different cases and recommended three other cases to my acquaintance. We were all satisfied with her results. Although communication may not be the fastest, she has multiple criminal cases and is focusing her personal attention on each case. Annie calls her home after 8 p.m. and her assistant Manny can call her anytime. If Robert can help you soon, he can help Annie's father.

Annie entered the court with an expert and instructed his lawyer and judge. Annie is well known for all judges in countries including Contra Costa and the SF. I honestly don't have any complaints or suggestions. My advice is to hire Annie. When I reach out, I remember she was in court in the morning and not sitting by the desk all day. It's not this way. Stand it! !!! She doesn't promise miracles, but fights for the best results for those she loves. If you don't suddenly reach her, it's a big problem because she's at work on Friday and the inmates can call.

My husband needs a lawyer assistant and I sign on. Now Mr. Adams, the first lawyer, was very pleased when he came, but when he left, the case of his husband was not properly handled. I didn't even have a degree, so I felt that I could express myself better and I was frustrated. this  The law firm is a joke. If I had not put a lot of money in this company, I would have gone out. If I had MR. money, I would surely switch Adams. Don't go here unless you abandon yourself! !

I just hired Ann Bérez at the DUI and I was nervous reading this review. She was able to reduce the price on wet charges, and we were so happy at that time, but could be useful at some point in the future?  Because CA DMV is a commercial license, it is difficult to determine because CA DMV has a mandatory suspension for a year. Of course, employers and unions do not have a job for a year.

The most frustrating thing is that the day of the trial has passed and communication has really collapsed. I had to call the DMV at the safety office sack many times, and finally, when I didn't know Ann had to call, I had to call another lawyer. Did she not want to give bad news, or perhaps did she not want to deal with the DMV after the hearing? A few weeks later, what's she asking? This law firm will have more customers if it does not pull the nonsense that "she cannot return the phone while in court".

I have to agree to both posters below. This is one of the worst law firms. Merit There is a large office near the lake, and like a factory, the client runs this far.

It's good to sell you to sign in, but everything will get worse after that. You have become another client.

Nothing gains from lack of action, from lack of response to minimal effort. Once you have the money, they will try to get you out as soon as possible. It's completely the opposite of getting it here, because you pay good money to get a decent proxy.

Clues. Just sitting in the waiting room, you'll see many customers calling for the latest information on their case. People who paid thousands of dollars. Instead, ask the receptionist to make an excuse for anything. I saw many customers trying to get the opportunity to talk to the lawyer and saw the receptionist turn down several times.

Pay attention to the horrible story before hiring Bells and his team. Not only can you get the right expression, but it will probably end up in failure. It would be better to be a public lawyer.

My appearance date will not only get Bell, but also get his incompetent partner. He paid the money, and on the same day he ran around, like ten others. Terrible. Stay away!

A good lawyer is not useful. Call and look it up. What is worse than no expression is a terrible and indifferent expression.

03/20/12 Update: This review was noticed by the office and sent a short answer via Yelp. They mentioned below about price refunds and perhaps improved quality control. Nothing has happened so far. Does a leopard change its spots? I don't know, but I'll continue with this review until I look through it.

08/03/12: It only shows how low Mr. Bells and his law firm are going. The review seems to be working to warn people to stay away from the law firm. Mr. Berz and his team got a lot of attention and recently, through Yelp's response, they released confidential information about my case. What happened to the relationship between the lawyer and the client? I don't think it's related to him & throwing you under the bus; Outside the court I had to contact Yelp and remove this information from the site.

Our experience at the law firm in Bells was very positive. During personal hardships some people helped us, but we worked primarily with John McCarly.  His response to our situation was great, he handled our understanding of our needs well, and the solution produced the results we wanted. It was a necessary but unpleasant requirement to require the help of a lawyer. We were pleased that young Gajet EM lawyer would show us the way. If I should need it, I will use his service in the future.

It is sad that some people use others to benefit themselves. I'm not surprised if the two good ratings I introduced here are from the family of lawyers working for this company. Both my husband and I are victims of this law firm. I was charged a $2,500 ordinary fee. I never received a formal contract and received a simple receipt that noted what to do for my husband. In the last 10 months, my lawyer has tripled. 1 - Family 2 - At the time of his death, he quit the company, but still claimed he was "doing a side job" to the company, and third, we have never contacted or met.  When I noticed the third lawyer, Berth contacted me when I contacted the company. I said that I did not do much research because I provided all the documents and minutes to the company myself. Until I complained, I said that my husband had never had a first or second visit from a lawyer. After visiting my husband, a second lawyer (he said he didn't work for the company) said after he returned to the company, "Just take a note of Beres and no longer represent him," so our lawyer #3 has never met or heard of. I received an outline of the visit and at that time, I was asked to provide an additional 12k on behalf of my husband to prepare for his parole hearing. I don't think so! The professionalism was below par value. The service got worse. I was contacted by his office and they didn't take any more of my money. Since everything was provided, I think that some refund is good faith. But of course not! So I paid one visit and a summary...After I said "I'm fired!" I am very satisfied with them and how they treated me and others (after reading the review). I should have said this complaint a while ago. It's been six months since I got my student record back. As far as I know, I never mention them, but I always talk about their bad ethics and services. I also know that Karma has no deadline, but GPS is always available for those who want to take not only money but also hope. Look for lawyers, lawyers, and families with cases of finding a good position for YELP and showing purpose and rewards to both!

Demetrius Costi from the office represented me in the San Francisco incident and dropped the incident.  This was obviously the best result that anyone could be involved in criminal cases.  I will return to this company if there is a problem again.

Please look it up before you hire a lawyer. I made the mistake of hiring this law firm without doing any research, and if I had seen Yelp, I would have helped a lot. I have exactly the same experience as all the other Elipers, and I'm very sad that there are lawyers who pay the money to help them run away with the money. The money for this law firm seems to be $2,500 and I received the same request. After my first visit, I didn't answer or reply to the call. My first visit was not as relieved to meet Jerry Lipkin, who was not interested in my case, as I did when I first spoke with Robert Bells. It ended before it started after paying 2,500 dollars in advance. I had limited contact with Jerry. for he was free. Fortunately I was not suspected, so I was excited and looked forward to the rest of the work that this law firm should do for me. But I got information that I would be charged $400 an hour! Then I asked for a refund, but this time I did nothing except for the first meeting. I complained to the State Legislature, if you like, asked for arbitration of the charges, and if necessary, they sent me a letter to help me further. I thought it was a joke! Only the United States can pay 2,500 dollars for service and receive nothing. Since $2,500 is the amount of money you owe, we will proceed with the procedure as much as we can refund.

One star is not a poor job of managing clients, but even worse, they despise clients.

Do not respond to phone or email. Creating a file after extension is done because you don't need to spend more time actually working, and you usually wait until the last minute of your work.

The work generated is prone to errors and is not specialized.

It was the worst experience I ever had! ! John McCarly, who was certified as rehabilitation, was not ready.
He relied on his briefs to refute the admiration of my university college career, which he had worked for 10 years in the public sector as a fire fighter or EMT. John McCarly is neither a strong orator nor a strong lawyer. It is not to be relied on that he should explain the fact without rehearsing. Don't use the hard-earned money to Beth's law firm. Avoid Mr. McCarly in particular.
   This was a $2,500 waste, and I wasted nearly 14 years trying to reveal my name. John McCarly and Bérez Law Farm failed in every sense of the word. The submission of the papers was not sufficient, though the judge had enough time to review the case. In court, John McCarley, the judge and the district attorney, lacked the energy and could not name me  Awards, Certificates, Qualifications of Universities, and Careers As my family watches the horrors of misery in court, the years of hard work, hard work, and sacrifices have been blinded by this incompetent lawyer and his company. I dreamt that I had no mistakes when I was a child. need to wait  Let's try again years ago  The Bells Law Office will avoid it at all costs and will only take your money away.  And you'll be well protected by the Paralegal

I only gave one star because I needed at least one star to start Yelp. I hired $10,000 to pay Belz. I dated him more than a year and a half ago. I started being a lawyer, but my family's death prevented my lawyer from continuing. (I'd like to express my deepest condolences) The deputy lawyer went to this company and asked his son to be next to me.  My son brought a letter and kept us up to date, because he said that it would take him to see my son and that my son would visit his lawyer. We agreed and I was on my way back next week  After that, a letter from the lawyer stating that he was no longer in the company, I was appointed to another attorney at the same company. (He still works outside the company) Next, I call this lawyer and ask her if she can do it   She doesn't like to call my son and I keep writing back to the letter. I continued, he worked on the short and extended contents of his opening, his son submitted the short contents before himself, and I spoke to the lawyer. Asked what was my short content, I said I didn't want to get back my short content. I told my son to press his opening break next week or he called me to submit his opening break, and I said that it would not work. my son  brief was sent back after the extension was interrupted and the lawyer was brought back to the file, so Mr. Bals handed in a letter to my son's opening, and Mr. Bals only wrote his name and Mr. Paul McCarthy on his son's opening letter. (I have a short copy of my son, but the lawyer is the same.) The next step in asking for my son's bail was a big one while my son was working, he received his son's collect call and submitted a STOP. My son is said to be unable to pay the call fee, and now I pay my son's call fee. send money every month Now, I will refund the bail after the month of the call.  His staff, Mr. McCarthy, worked hard on his son's bail, and after calling the lawyer and calling, strengthened it  bail of appeal   My son telephoned Mr. Berz and told my son that he had done nothing on my son's bail, and that he was responsible for not getting bail after he had lied completely about the way he wanted me and his son to bail  Powerful (the conversation in the recording was a lie). In the next RIT phase, I was told that RIT will be held on Friday and Tuesday  Then on Wednesday morning I went to get a copy of the Holy Spirit on Thursday morning, saying "Good morning" to the reception, I said "I'm not prepared" after time, and after discussion, Bell's staff, who are not separated from my heart, began to cry out that they can't come with a promise, and my son called me and said that he doesn't need to come to see Bell's phone. Mr. Berz told me that when he quit in a conversation with my son, when his mother and family came to his house, he gave me his idea, and that my son called the staff, and Mr. Berz received a phone call from the staff, and said that he could not work. Mr. Bals, when I came to get the rude papers, I made a rude appointment in front of the company staff (don't come to work alone) and took a rude attitude to me. Please quit now. I told David Reagan, the new lawyer, that I would write a review because I was very satisfied with his job. My first lawyer was John McCarly, but he doesn't seem to be in the office anymore. In any case, I was very satisfied with the results of my case. I had no preconceived notions and faced misconduct, but I ended up leaving, but the record remained. David Reagan was able to seal my record and destroy it with strong opposition from the district prosecutor. I was very glad to hear the good news. Mr. Reagan strongly recommends that my case be handled timely and efficiently. He was very sensitive and I had no problem with him. After reading his profile on the law firm's website, I was impressed by his education and experience, and was not surprised to disappoint. Great David! Thank you again!

In 2009, I hired this company for my husband who is facing crimes and immigration issues (deportation).  Our lives are here, and I have full trust in these lawyers, and their behavior was so wonderful that I was really happy.  The communication of other offices I worked on was replaced. All the staff are very kind and helpful.  Sonia was very nice and very helpful every time I called, and she always called me up.  As for Robert Biles's law firm, there is no hesitation if the great lawyer in Bay Area asks for a letter of recommendation.  My family is very pleased and grateful for the wonderful work that this company lawyer has done. Specifically, Jesse Adams, a special person who was sentenced to court decision on 9 January 2012 and who made the final decision on the case.  Besides, their prices were very cheap and we never had a problem with them.  I would like to express my gratitude to this office again for the wonderful work they have done about my husband.

Robert Bérez's law firm did a great job dealing with my case. I can't express my gratitude enough for the wonderful way Robert Vars represented me. Mr. Berz met me personally. He is neither arrogant nor judgmental. He "never shut his mouth against you," as the powerful lawyer expects. Instead, Mr. Bals is very kind, very bright, truly competent, and excellent listener. He reassured me. I had a good opinion of my situation right after I met Mr. Berz (he would call him Bob). I soon found that he was working hard to get rid of my problem. He believed me, and I could say this to him, so I believed him. He convinced me that everything would be all right. All the promises he made to me have come true. He didn't tell me BS and he didn't make a false claim about his ability and what I could do. He was a sincere, sincere and honest man. I trusted him to the fullest, and I was not disappointed. Mr. Verz took up my case and settled it into a small one. That is not in my record. Great. I am grateful to Robert Berth for what he has done for me. Also, if you need a first-rate lawyer, I will contact Mr. Vars without hesitation. If you need legal help, I would recommend that you look for Mr. Robert Bels as your agent.
