This man smells. We rented him a house lease. He discussed the terms of the rental agreement, paid $350, and said there is a draft for review within 10 days. More than a month has passed. He has contacted us many times to apply for a contract and says he is in court now, but he will contact us soon. He doesn't know. I caused a dispute through a credit card company.
