The night before the trial was the longest night in my life.  My late-night conversation with my lawyer, Rabin Nabyard, has calmed me down, or he has expressed real concern and fear about the result, he is ready to go, and he must not go out to jail without pleading.  Knowing that he was terrible, I knew he was in the ditch with me.  Two years have passed since I saw Rabin, during which he believed me. It is difficult to understand why the evidence is overwhelmingly strong.  In order to avoid the trial, he decided to share it with a district attorney, but he could not get an answer on the night before the trial.

I met you early next morning, but I didn't get a call from the district attorney to investigate the court proceedings.  The judge actually called the case, and it seemed that the prosecutor was so late that he was angry.  I sat in the court ready to fight the incident and waited for a miracle.

After what seemed to be eternal, Rabin came in and said that the District Attorney had confirmed all our knowledge and rejected the case.  I will never forget Rabin's face, as I don't care about the news.  After two years of anxiety, I sat in the car and cried until I was able to process the news, and I cried with incredible feelings.

I am indebted to this company forever for their devotion and support.  I wanted to give up again and again, but I knew they believed me and helped a process that nobody wanted.

Rabin is a true professional and did not treat me like a number.

He was a friendly person.  Every time he asks him a question, he always returns our phone and tries hard to answer detailed questions.  Unlike other lawyers who answer questions in super professional legal terms that ordinary people cannot understand, we can understand them because we ask patients to translate the terms in plain English.  He fought a domestic violence case for us.  The words of DA and even the very generous words in our eyes, he continued to negotiate and pushed DA further to make us better.

The moment I hang up with Steve Davidson at the summit, I'm afraid of something different from a professional in a two-minute conversation.  I told him why I called, but instead of explaining the process, he laughed at my approach and hung up.  incredibly rude and dull.

I got lost before finding summit defense.  My hair was loose, I couldn't sleep, I was sick and tired, and I tried to leave me.  I recently dismissed another lawyer with many discussions and did nothing, but disappeared after gathering my retainers.  Needless to say, I was very careful looking for a replacement.

When I first called the Summit, I spoke with my lawyer at the San Francisco office.  He phoned with me for about an hour, listened to what I was supposed to say, and when I was feeling pretty sulky about myself, I stood up and prepared to move forward.  He thought of my position and said that the Oakland office near him had a Summit attorney who had a lot of experience in court and trial and had the most suitable function to handle my case.  I agreed to speak with him.

About an hour later, Rabin Navisa called me.  He looked professional and very intelligent.  The latter was important in dealing with such important events in my life.  I was originally a critical person, and I knew that if I had learned less than I was, or had not thought through everything carefully, I would not be able to rely on someone.  

Not so in Rabin  Although we did not always agree (and who would agree), I felt that I could follow his expertise and I could never guess his advice again.  Before long I learned the pronunciation of his name - [rah-BEAN]    [Nah - BEE -zah -day] - I knew it as I did.

In any case, he had already torn to pieces about the situation I was talking about, gave me the land and discussed the next few movements.  Two days later, he met me and

then Rabin spent with me and in my case, I felt like his most important client.  He had attended a dozen figures and hearings on my behalf, only a little bit of hiccups, and my case went smoothly.  His instructions were accurate and practical, he never promised me a replica chaun or rainbow with gold and pet monkeys.  He had never relied on laurel  He gave me objective advice and told me what I should expect.  Sometimes the truth looks a little cold, at least different from what they want to hear.   He matched my expectations to reality and adjusted my course as needed.  

All that happened in the court was carefully watched and tried to absorb as much information as possible about the various participants.  Rabin managed to get out of the court and accomplish his purpose.  I learned a lot about choosing a fight from him.  If possible, we will overcome the problems with the opposition parties.  When they were not rational, Rabin strongly showed his position and argument to the judge.  Sadly, I was enough to see the work of many lawyers and interact with DAs and courts.  If one of them had been my lawyer, I would have fired him or her and hired Rabin.  

I often panic in the process, calling him or email him many times a day.  Obviously, he didn't have time to respond every time.  After all, I was convinced that he was not the only customer.  Yet Rabin always kept me up to date on my case changes and on the important issues that have occurred.  When I'm really busy (believe or not, but when I'm away from my family on a natural vacation, I'm still thankful for it within enough time, and I'm generally sure nothing has changed.

If you need a detective,  I was no exception.  I was often shaken and feared that there would be a great deal of damage to my life.  Still, I was far better than I had expected to have made up my mind to take Rabin's help.

Colin and Steve worked on the domestic violence case with Colin and Steve, and the trial dates were the same day as the first meeting with the Summit team, and from the first day they helped the whole process in advance. They kept in touch with me until the case was settled. I am not a law expert, so I answered many questions very patiently and carefully and explained my options through the process. We strongly recommend Colin Moore and all the teams in the leadership defense.   They managed to get rid of the mystery and anxiety from the whole process and tackled it miraculously.  Colin declined the offer of Dada, which she thought was great, and said that he continued fighting until he was much better.  Even after the incident, he helped me about my license issue, but now I'm dismissed, so I'm really grateful.

Since I had never been involved in legal trouble before last year, when my husband and I asked for legal advice, we didn't know what to expect. However, from the time we discussed with the actual representatives, the lawyers at the summit were frank and considerate.
