I engaged Mr. Rube in the resolution of the dissolution of assets  After receiving the first consultation with me before

, I paid him $1,500 to start work.  I outlined all the assets and my sharing proposals and organized all the support  
This is February this year.

I finally received my first draft in August, leaving my voice mail, messages, and emails for several months while calling for months and asking why I didn't see anything.  This first draft is a boiler board that is easily available on the Internet, although it is not specifically written as I email or discuss, and both have names.  In the end,  He sent an email saying he was fired and asked me to refund the $1,500 I paid. He gave me no refund.  

I am currently complaining to him with the CA bar association.
