On behalf of those with disabilities under ADA, the use of failures and service dogs denies access to public locations. No expense is indicated to disabled persons and no customer damage is incurred. Unlike other companies, customers never pay and are not liable for legal or legal expenses (e.g., professional or fee). When we win the customer, we only collect charges for settlement or trial. We focus on making public places available to customers and other people with similar disabilities, and the damage they face to discrimination.
Aaron Crefton and Paul Lane joined together in 2018 with the Rein & has been formed. I worked with Crefton and for nearly 15 years.
Paul Rein has been the author of a comprehensive legal paper on access laws in California on behalf of the disabled since 1975. "Full and Equal Access."
