As a longtime lessee in Bay Area, Pettibone really understands the importance of the tenant's rights. He was born in San Francisco in 1983, but his parents were forced to move to Elkgrove in 1987 because of the total cost of housing, child care and education.

In 2006, Pettibone entered San Francisco State University and got a BA and a MA for political theory. After that, he entered the USF Faculty of Law.

After quitting the fake owner Move In as a second year legal student, Pettibone decided to fight over the rights of all borrowers in California. He was soon hired to work as a contract and associate at a prestigious rental company in San Francisco. In 2016, San Francisco & Amplifier on behalf of homeless people carried out excellent volunteer work; #39; He was honored by the Center for Justice and Diversity.

Mr. Pettibone is now representing San Francisco, Oakland, Fairfield, Sacramento, and the Tenants of the surrounding area.

This review is about the amazing help Jeff gave us in the summer of 2017.

My husband and I were working with PA when we were sadly released from PA.  We were surprised that we just signed a one-year lease and were robbed of thousands of dollars throughout the year.  Fortunately, through random family connections, my husband contacted Jeff in California.  Jeff reviewed our lease and was educated about the PA rental law overnight and told us the candid news. No right!  Jeff was working head to head on the evaluation, but he thought outside the box.  He wrote his advice to us (he's a really good writer), and he honestly told us about the engagement and layoffs the only way to prevent us from paying all the rent for a year, and told us to get in touch with our boss right away, because they have a desire to miss us.  It worked!  instead of dealing with a poor manager  The senior officials understood the situation and tried to take up the lease in three months.  This gave us enough time and economic flexibility to move to California.  It is impossible to recommend a serious and hard worker.
