Jenny Kufu was a recent escrow agency for a house purchase. She was very professional, agile and organized. Although the transactions of individuals with the authority of lawyers were somewhat complicated, she responded to them exaggeratedly (and because many contracts became unnecessary, with excuses!), flexibly responding to the schedule and ending quickly.

It's okay when you're working on a deal, but it's good to get something like customer service later.
1 I was trying to get a legal explanation of the property I bought a few months ago, so the person in charge was obtuse with email and refused to provide the simplest information in a few weeks. Especially with regard to competitive customer service, before, during, and after trading, it is surprisingly frustrating.
Reference: Since I work for a real estate investment company, I have a lot of experience working with a variety of title companies and ORT is not impressive.

This shop is a great service, especially in a beautiful building with even a Pete Coffee shop café downstairs.

Our experience was fine. Our Escrow had a bill of $1,650 because the calculation was wrong. This is not once, but every year we can pay more. Be careful with the buyer when you pick up.
