First of all, I would like to say that I was really expecting this lawyer. My husband got into serious trouble when I was 7 months pregnant. We hired a good lawyer and decided to produce the best results for our husband. I spoke to Benjamin on the phone, but he was so confident that he could answer anything. Don't play dumb! When I hired my daughter, I gave her all the savings, but Ben did nothing to help her husband's case! He tried to take up his husband's last strike, but he made no motion. He spoke to his husband in an arrogant manner, and when he asked questions, he answered, "I didn't want to hear it over and over." We were already so frustrated that we didn't feel like he was on our side, and we didn't do any work. Don't hire me!

After all, I stopped using the service (outside my price), but this person gave me great advice on the phone, so I think it was very kind and helpful. Mr. Jiherman is the best lawyer I can achieve. This simple fact comes from a man who has gained experience with another lawyer in the past. Mr. Jiherman dealt with my case in a way that is close to you, with confidence, intuition, and desire for success. Got dui, go to see Ben. It was the first time I had a back of 0.12. Somehow he got it wet and turned it back to reckless, and I kept working and didn't get the equipment

Ben Jiherman is indeed a lawyer to recommend to everyone. I contacted a lawyer who had filed a few close suits too much, and he immediately looked at me and began to move on. He caught a detective who was harassing my family and I was able to stop him. I didn't bother talking to another lawyer. Many of the lawyers I mentioned before advised me to go out on Friday. Ben, for good reason, completely denied it. If you go to Friday, you may need to go to jail on weekends or on weekends (worst case). Still, he is detained for another 48 hours. After the little advice and the little advice, I soon found Ben happy.

Facing the two great sins I had, he gave me what I saw as a result that I could accomplish. It was not a stupid answer, but certainly much better than a guilty verdict. It was not a joke what I was facing, but I had never been accused of guilt. To be honest, I would say I was scared. But I had the best chance of meeting Ben, and his trust and knowledge of my case reassured me when I was so frightened.

He came up with a final verdict on my case. What he said to me was his first goal, the last result. He is certainly an honest man, and I respect Ben Zishaman the most and helped me  He seemed to be a very dark and unknown experience, and knew his great job well, and he was certainly respected among the people in his area.

I always hear complex emotions and feelings when I look for a lawyer. The story of running away with money and running away with money over and over again. He must be near this stereotype, full of sincerity, fair in regards to work, and good manners. I was not at all disappointed with his work, nor did I ever allow him to do what he ever needed again. But I'll tell you right now when I need it. Beyond Ben Jiherman, his work was far beyond my expectations. I felt like I could not fulfill my promise, so I'll call Ben again when I get into some criminal pinch.

Overall, I thought he was the best choice and listened with open mind. He was kind, humorous, and knowledgeable about the law. In short, Ben's experience was amazing and worth a dollar. Don't look any more! !

I approached Ben with a legal question, went into Auckland, and very happily consulted him. He made my expectations clear and arranged all my options, and we decided together a strategy to drop all charges. He didn't deceive me, make the situation more flashy or darker than they were, and through the process he was a good communicator. I highly recommend Ben as a lawyer. A few months ago I was involved in trouble, but I'm not the type of trouble I've ever been involved in. So I didn't have much knowledge of the whole system. Ben Jiherman is true to his promise in that he will do as frankly as possible. He represented me in a recent incident, and he was beside me, completely through it, a real asset. If you're looking for a detective, you need to call Ben. I recommend it to anyone! He is a straight person. He works hard for his clients, gives them great and sound advice, and really knows how to break down court and legal terms to the level that the average citizen can understand. When I first came to Ben and explained the details of the DUI, I thought it was very difficult to challenge for various reasons.  Considering the obstacles we faced, we discussed what results would be considered an overwhelming (and unlikely) victory.  Ben is very small and homed into unusual details, so we are happy to say that we managed to achieve that goal.  My DUI got wet and was charged reckless.

Ben spent hours, hours, hours, and hours in my case to pay a uniform fee, which is very reasonable and industry standard.  This man, with the utmost determination, burned his midnight oil.  

As other Elipers have said, it is helpful for his job to be able to trust the lawyer with confidence and look, whatever he wants.

I am confident in the last DUI I for the first time. be too stupid to obtain  But if I have any misfortune which again requires a legal authority, I will contact Ben without hesitation and urge others to do the same.

I only say "thank you Ben"! Put your hand down, he was great! For people like me who have recently experienced trouble at a county service company and never had trouble before, the charger was very heavy. When I learned that I had sent four patrol cars at 3:00 in the morning, I realized that things were more serious than I explained. I talked to my mother and she told me to use yelp to find a good lawyer, I did! I read all the reviews, and called, like everyone, and I met Ben when he knew I was a necessary lawyer. Benjamin Zacherman is a great lawyer! It's a cliché and is often lightly spoken, but I can get the opportunity to work with him and justify the name. First, he is conscious of achieving the customer's goal. Secondly, he is objective, but creative in using the law to achieve that goal. Thirdly, and most importantly, he is not afraid to claim the interest of his client. I worked with Ben mainly for these reasons on crime cases and reiterated that he was actually a great lawyer.

Ben represented me on my DUI case, so I wasn't moved any more. He was patient, kind, and took the time to explain all the steps in the process. When I was arrested on DUI, I had no idea what to do or what to come. Ben hung everything to me, and I became less afraid and able to cope with the situation more. My case was rather complicated, and I knew that Ben had to do the extra work, but I didn't feel that he was irritated or put out to something. I couldn't recommend Ben any higher. I was accused of dui more than a year ago. I spoke with several lawyers before choosing Ben to represent me. This was the best decision I could make! After a year of absence and trial, I was convicted and suspended my license for a year. At this point, I think it's over...18 months dui - thousands of dollars in a school-breathed car ...But Ben thought we still had the chance to throw the dui charges out and erase the records in court. He was right! ! After persuading the judge, she disabled dmv and two weeks later mailed my driver's license using dmv. Another lawyer would have given up or wouldn't have gone any further. One penny is worth 100%. Ben was fighting a complex criminal case for his uncle in Stockton in October. My uncle didn't speak English, so I entered the middle class and communicated with everyone. Fortunately, Ben was able to completely deny the language barrier, so there was no problem at all, and it seemed as if there were no problems. It is modest to say that he is kind and efficient. He went from Oakland's office to Stockton, whenever he needed, as usual, quickly answered all the sentences, phone calls, questions patiently updated everything, and felt my uncle's case as the top priority. This incident was long and dull, but Ben never missed a step, and made sure he was as smooth and comfortable as possible. In the first place, we are very grateful to have found Ben and he will remain at the top of our call list.

I think I'll make a short story, but it's difficult. There are many wonderful stories. Ben was my angel and helped me when nobody helped me. Ben always protects you and has his back in any situation. He is a real hero. He will save his life unless I and his boyfriend meet him.

My boyfriend was with him while watching a fighter match at Oracle Arena in Auckland.  The policeman who was overdrunk and put in the drunken tank asked me if I could come to pick him up, but I agreed  The policeman was not willing to wait for me and took me to Arameda County Prison. He talked to me, and he said he was okay, and the policeman said he was kind, and he told me to pick him up on the morning, isn't it much? When there was no phone, I went to Auckland the next morning and saw what was going on. Come to know that your boyfriend has been charged with two charges of assault against a police officer. What! What?  So wait for the time to go see him and what's happening ...When I saw my boyfriend, he was blue and black.  Five officers mocked him, and, while he was sleeping in a drunken chariot, knocked him to the ground. My son's friend is less than 150 pounds  There is no need for five officers to defeat him. It seems that when the policeman went to wake him, he didn't want to wake up, so they didn't like it. Of course, there are no cameras in the room and it's convenient.

I was devastated, terrified, and called my boyfriend's family. There were few things available in South Carolina, so we had to help him. My  He was the best guard in Alameda County Prison five days before his date in court. Monday morning came and they would not release him. He is under so serious a charge against him that I don't know what to do. I stood outside the court of Oakland and asked the lawyer if he would give me some advice. Nobody helps me. My world collapsed, and I felt that my boyfriend was going to be in jail for a long time, and I asked if I could give some advice to another lawyer...The lawyer was Ben Jiherman.

Ben.  "Yes, I'll walk with you, and I'll tell you, and I'll have to throw away the papers," he said...I explained what was going on, and he not only gave me advice on what to tell my parents, but also gave me some money for bail and wrote down his phone in case I had any other questions. Do you really think it's good? After thinking about it for five seconds, I decided to hire him. Four hours after I hired him, Ben received a report from the police, talked to his boyfriend who was already in prison, heard him, and let the judge release him without paying bail.  Ben was wonderful when his court date finally came. Ben owned the court. All the other cases before him didn't work and nobody was easily thrown out...Ben  He could use his magic to get the policeman to drop the charge  have two assaults  Even though his resume does not look good, he has almost kissed his boyfriend when they are parting good if they fail. Ben really saved his life.

I was able to study more and really continue to talk about Ben's wonders. He stood in all stages for us. I always got in touch with him and he always returned the phone. He's one of the best people I've ever met, to be honest. If you need someone, hold your back and protect...Hire this man!
