I was introduced to Francisco by a friend, and she was also a lawyer, but in another field. This is my story. If there's a problem with the law, it's Francisco!

My problem is DUI.

My complaint: (1) Driving under the influence, (2) Driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, and (3) Driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more.

Evidence against me: 1) Blood test: blood alcohol content 0.17 2) Recording not responsive to police in weaving recording (3) I allowed to consume alcohol in recording 4) I failed 5 on-site drinking tests (by CHP personnel)

I had a bad case. The jury was found guilty of ten acquittal before the trial. After the judge declared the review, the DA was re-examined. In short, all charges were dismissed. If you want to know more, talk to Francisco. I recommend all my friends to him!

In other words, I was dragged home in my car and handed me a ticket that was not worthy of me. In my quest to face this case, I met with a few lawyers, but Francisco was the only one who was shot to win my case. What happened? Passed to
880N. 80 miles per hour, on-site drinking test, drinking test, BAC% level above 0 (minors), and don't! I took my license from place to place. Two sins: Duy and speeding.

I didn't know if the lawyer would have that value. I decided to make some calls found through Yelp, Google, and others. The results were mixed. Some say that I'm a minor and not much, others want to charge $4,000 to solve my problem, others just want me to be guilty and negotiate to get softer results. Francisco was confident of breaking the case, and the price was so small that I stood out. We went together and found it go down like this.

I told him what happened. - All documents (quotes) passed - Paid (tweakable) - Waited, waited... - I broke the DMV case to get my license back (I didn't have to show up!) - I waited.. After spending $2,500, my father lost the case in the appeal court, which is believed to be one-fiftieth.

Like me, it's unlucky to get a red light camera ticket. A friend who received a California red-light camera ticket told the Traffic Court that the red-light camera ticket would not be reported. However, Francisco is reporting a red-light camera ticket, so we don't know who to believe. In either case, if the ticket is reported as *is*, the premium will only increase by one point (two points later). If you ask an insurance company, you only need to get up to 2 points, which is a three-year window. Three years later, the point will be reduced anyway for rate calculation. So, if you have a clean driving record like me, you won't be charged at one point, but an honest person would have told me.

A friend who went to the Traffic Court dropped $100 from the ticket when he came. So it was better to go to court than to leave Francisco. An honest person also said that he should go himself, or simply said that he should not pay the ticket. Basically, in my case, I think other choices were better.

Again, he does not say he can't separate you from DUI or a speeding ticket of more than 100. Other reviewers seem to say they can do it. I'm writing about my experience about red-light camera tickets and a selling sales job.

UPDATE: You should wonder why this man has no negative views. I tried to pull my leg in a little while, but I decided to fight the bully.

If you don't care that tickets actually pay more than you need, it's a great way to hire a traffic lawyer to avoid licensing points. I used Francisco twice and won twice, so in the long run I saved a lot of money. In the case of science fiction traffic lawyers, the reasonable charges Francisco is charging and nobody else can do anything else.

Keep in mind that he will do anything. This is a double-edged sword. You don't have to do anything after submitting the papers to him, but you don't expect him to contact you until he decides the trial. He tends to work behind his back and never contacts you. Yes, Francisco is a man.

I negotiated with the police officer and changed a one-point violation to a small CVC code that does not have a license point in exchange for a slightly higher fine, with no record in the system. The matter was settled.

I used the other three lawyers on the ticket before him and found that he was the best.  Ten years ago, he was recommended by a friend who uses his colleague (now a judge) to win a speeding ticket over and over again or to charge for it free.  He used him for the tickets for San Mateo and San Francisco counties.  Thanks to him, my driving record is beautiful without the need for a traffic school.  

The best way to communicate with him is by phone.  He responds quickly to voice messages.  But he is late by email.  There were no follow-up calls and it sometimes took more than a week.  From the year

Francisco is the best way to get rid of the traffic ticket.  I have used him over the last 10 years, basically, for speeding. It runs between 15 and 20 miles in suburban areas. One is the stop sign if it does not stop completely.  This ticket often comes out when he was stressed, and it was great to give him.  I like traffic records clean and that way.

I got a speeding ticket.  My practice is to chew bullets, eat fines, take the dictates, go on with life and take bitter medicine.  But the last speeding ticket?  No!  Absolutely.  No way.  I called a lawyer and decided to fight the hardships of this trial.  Fortunately, I locked Francisco IT!

Francisco may be strong on speeding tickets, but for DUI, save money.  As Francisco himself says, the choice of judges is very limited by California law.  In,  A $5,000 retainer and a $500 per hour charge?  Francisco will take time to explain the law and will do so  to deprive  against all submissions  But what happened to me is as follows.
- I was convicted of "wet recklessness" (BAC is 1.1), which is basically the same as DUI. In other words, I was found guilty almost as much as I was charged with a crime.
I was convicted on a charge of reckless, but Judge Francisco didn't really ask me to be DUI. I corrected it later, but it takes time and money to correct it.  I have to get this man on the phone.  There is no receptionist.  He keeps you dark unless he catches you and asks.
- I have not received any documents that contain the details of my decision. I can't explain why I'm getting wet and reckless guilty.
- I did not get the help of a player who chooses the on line DUI class.  One of the selected - myduiclass.com has an unknown deadline and has not received any advice on this.  In fact, after the date of the court, I didn't hear from him anything.
- Francisco" regretted that I went to court without his advice. According to him, it cost at least 40,000 dollars.  Of course he didn't deceive me!

Francisco didn't deceive me. He was honest about my future, so I gave him two stars.  But it was a very unpretentious argument.  Save money.

I'm blaming the villain police, I know... a foolish and foolish mistake  Francisco is the most learned lawyer I can ask for.  After I was beaten, he told me everything that happened, and I was calm enough to recover my composure.  Once you've lost your grip,  Plan the game, stop worrying about what's going on and begin to regain control over this mess.  And since I'm dealing with DMVs, I've extended my hand every step of the way to defeat my case in court.  A few months after the trial, my charges have been dropped and we are working on a DMV point claim.  I think the best thing that comes from my experience in Francisco is that it began as one of the most unfortunate folly in my life, and eventually became one of the things I had to experience.  Of course I could not have done so without Francisco's calm attitude and confidence.  I'm very excited and excited for those who read this review and actively think about what's going to be a mess.

I must admit, but I don't like lawyers, but I couldn't satisfy myself any more  Francisco handed over my case in court and quoted my traffic circumstances, so I got two points in my driving record.  I went to the court to prove how the Traffic Court is done. And usually winning is a more prepared party.  It was a bit misleading to see Francisco represent me in court for only a minute.  However, the actual work has been carried out over the past few months, until the trial.  (or lack of trial!) !)  I am very happy to be able to solve this problem with great results.  So that the ticket didn't happen......

As I said before, Francisco is a man. He was taken away from my speeding ticket and didn't make any noise. If you have a ticket, I strongly recommend him.  But I want to talk about how he helped me with another problem. When my friend's parolees disappeared and he called the parolees to see if he was put back in prison, he did not tell me where my friend was. He knew what prison my friend was actually in. Since PO thought it was illegal to refuse this information, I called Francisco reluctantly, because he was the only lawyer I really knew. I didn't know of course whether he would talk to me or not, but I was desperate to find a friend. He called me during the lunch break in the jury trial, listened kindly to my questions and gave me information on how to find my friend. And he doesn't need to call back PO to me. He also said that if he couldn't find a friend by the weekend, he would call the PO with me and get him on the phone until he first gave him the information he needed to do. So if you need a lawyer for traffic, call Francisco!
