What stands out about David is that he respected me as the owner of a new small business and felt that he took all my worries seriously. After I had a free consultation over the phone about whether or not I would hire him, listening to my talk, not interrupting, following my idea, not taking the BS road, and thoroughly talking about my situation, he did not hire him, the next step suggested something. But if I have to hire a lawyer, I'll call him back soon!

If you find someone you respect recently, answer a question, and feel that you don't have time to work with them now, it's hard to escape from there. It would be better to take money. David is a wonderful man!

The best word for David is professional.
I was planning to consult with you on the phone, so I prepared a lot of questions about starting up a business if I would be consulted by a lawyer. As soon as the conversation started, David took over the phone and informed me of all the legal matters necessary for the process. He was clear no matter what he said, but he forgave my voice as to something. Basically, what I had prepared passed without even knowing my questions. In short, David is a very knowledgeable lawyer.

It's really exceptional.  When creating complex group LLCs, David was a rare discovery.  After working with him for nearly a year, I'm really grateful to find him.  David is a wonderful asset for a person, but his wonderful balance, subtle tone and depth of knowledge, all won. I contacted the email address of the site. I haven't heard from him for weeks. I got in touch again. I took a copy of the cipher, and I answered it and received one question.

Then the tax accountant told me to go again for another opinion.

I tried to summarize the situation in a "quick" email two pages later. ... replied David, who made a telephone reservation, who called and gave me excellent advice. When there was a free consultation for nearly 30 minutes, I suggested sending money to him who felt guilty about receiving it for free.  He spent a few minutes on the phone looking for what he thought was "pretty sure," but wanted to check again to see if the information he gave was correct.  

I found it unnecessary to hire a great lawyer. But if I need it in the future, I'm sure I'll call you right away.

I love Yelp, but actually I have never written a review before. Few are so moved that I can write a review.

The real estate agent proposed that a lawyer should be consulted about the leased property in order to seek guidance on the recent Federal Law Impact.

We sent a short email to David about the situation and asked him for free telephone consultation within the week. We agreed on the time to call. During the consultation, he was very familiar with the current federal law. To understand the meaning of various scenarios, we carefully reviewed them.

This positive experience is a good idea for those who need legal assistance for taxes and real estate, as well as a second call.

Like you, I had a wonderful experience with David, but I can't help but say that I'm limited to phone counseling. I don't know if I will need his services in the future, but I was confident in my dealings with him at the time.

David was a little busy, so he called me to remember sending the email first. Get this phone number - Big Game Sunday. "Oh, yes, just like any other lawyer who took a weekend off and went for free consultation," nobody said.

I was flooded with questions that David had spoken to me properly. W2s, W9s, 1099s, LLC protection and benefits, taxed as DMCA, S-corp, included a variety of strategies for paying, accounting, and running a single member LLC in a single member. I got a complete answer to everything (but I have to point out that there is a discrepancy with W9 I want to reveal and David didn't notice. It was more of a CPA question, but I still thought I knew it.)

After all, we spent an hour on the phone and he didn't charge me anything. Thank you, David, I've heard that this was the best advice I gave this year.

I phoned David Harzog and told him about the issues that are currently involved with IRS. He listened to my whole situation, asked me a thoughtful question, and finally I concluded that I could solve my situation with tax advisors that were much cheaper than hiring me to a lawyer. This year, both federal and state income taxes are imposed. And I thought it was necessary to hire someone like David to help manage this process. Not only did I emphasize the payment of taxes, but I already thought about how much budget should be allocated to the budget.

The words that come to mind when I say David Harzog's name are surprising.  I was used by a tax settlement company, actually paid 5,000 dollars, did nothing more than a year  But I gave my file to the office about five times.  Then I spoke to a famous tax lawyer who, after a call, really hurt my stomach and knew the money.  But David spent time answering emails, talking on the phone with me, and answering all the questions that I had on a daily basis.  I spoke to him and felt like I could breathe at last.  I have to say that I have been working at a law firm for more than 13 years. David is a great presence in the sense that he is paying enough attention to explain to you all the questions you have about accounting and taxes.  He is not familiar with compliance, is not particularly involved in filling out tax returns, and is sure to work with you if you need help for a company-specific accounting purpose.  He's great and I use it when I need help starting my own business!

I sent a question to David Harzog about both the tax and family laws. I sent an email around 6:00 p.m. and was surprised to see his reply around 7:30. He told me to call him the next day. I did. He asked the context of my question and answered my concerns.  We discussed a few other related issues.  For 100% he was uncertain about one problem.  He told me to wait, examine the notes, and then give me a confident answer. For other issues related to family law, I told them that I would be accompanied by a family lawyer and a certified tax agent.

I have provided the answers and CPAs that I have been looking for from a family lawyer of my knowledge.

What a fine man!  He is known as an ethical and reliable expert.  I needed advice to discuss the possibility of short-term trading.  We traded some emails about my situation.  I got a call for 20 minutes.  I thought I had been educated, but I didn't feel obligated.  He is very useful and doesn't need to hire me, but the registered agent is what I need, at a low cost.

I think this is my second Yelp review, but David is wonderful.  Star Review It's hard to say that it's five tons.  First, he explained the situation by phone within 24 hours, using my email.  He spent half an hour. for free  He actually led me to legal aid in another state. That's my position.  But he gave me detailed feedback on where I could catch up and think through everything.  This topic covered the effects of LLC on funds and taxes, property tax planning, real estate planning with real estate ownership, and the effects of mortgage on various forms of application to parents.  He also sent me to consider questions closely related to tax guidance, without giving any public accountants in any country any important burden to the public accountants in any country.  I had a wonderful experience.  In half an hour I had confidence in the hope that I would take a job with him in the future and repay him.
