Jonathan is really wonderful.  He dealt with a nightmare in which the buyer was a borrower. The borrowers paid too much money for the borrowers and utilities, and at first refused to move. We had been trying to get the tenant to pay the rent and utility bills for months, but after Jonathan took over it, everything was resolved in less than a month.
