In a recent trial at GGU, Mr. Kappzak, I was given a chance to see the actions of great supporters in the Second Living Room.  

Mr. Cupzak perfectly combines technical expertise, humor, patience and experience.  I don't lie. The learning curve was too sharp for me.  He kept up with the amount of valuable skill, strategy, and gambling he had shared in his class.  He shared his ways in a way that he was incredibly generous, and that those who had experience and knowledge would probably keep the secret.  

If you have the opportunity to learn from this great lawyer, I would recommend it.

I hired Mr. Hudson Bear in the DUI case and paid $5,500, but I didn't know much about his work on my case. The staff looked great and the office looked great, but for me it was very important and poor, and I was late for my trial, and I didn't remember the case I was defending in court, and if I told him to find a lawyer before the trial, I'd pay him, I'd been hired, and the new-graduate lawyer assigned to my case had the same results, and in my opinion, his position and company were not affected. I appreciate him, but it's not a star and nobody can change, but it will help you to see his rights.

They immediately responded to my email and commuted my sentence. In fact, I didn't have to go in and watch it or go out for interviews, so it was great for a busy schedule. Bair also spent time submitting documents after my case was closed, so I didn't have to go to the court and go myself.

The first DUI crime was said to require no lawyers. I was glad to decline the advice and hire a bag and a bear. I had the best expression possible. I think lawyers will know the DUI and give advice, but the staff is very helpful.

He paid me a lot of money and was treated like a friend. The staff recovered their composure, and determined to be reassured and supported. Unlike many lawyers, lawyers were always available and didn't get tired of answering questions.

I can't explain my professional-level personality, showing my appreciation for my lawyer, my sympathy, and my anxiety.

I made a silly mistake driving a drunken man, but adopted one of the wisest decisions in my life. If you are charged DUI, or if you are charged with a family friend, contact these people immediately. Don't regret it.

This lawyer is great! My lawyer was absent this morning for a brief hearing with the Solano Court 10 years ago. If you want to know, on July 4, you get drunk in public. Anyway, the lawyer jumped up and didn't charge me for a delay. It's very polite, very personality-friendly, and a great experience in a very uncomfortable environment.

I recently took a trial class held by Mr. Kappsak at Golden Gate University.  Frankly speaking, there was no other way to spend my Saturday.  Mr. Kappsak is a legend in the field of criminal defense and other trials.  He literally wrote a book on DUI defense.  As a young lawyer, I have little to fear and I choose the first jury. The Kappsak incorporated the reality and reality of choosing jurors into our small group and showed us how to win his "engagement" and "not guilty" votes.  I am honored to be able to participate in this kind of trial training. I am sure that my career in litigation and all my customers will benefit from it.

I'm not going to hire Mr. Kappsak again, and fortunately I'm not going to be involved in the same kind of trouble again.  Instead of an average of $1,500 to $2,000, they spent more than $5,000. because I should have won, but it was worth having my record cleared.  To drag him down, he had no idea, he had provided photos of the scene, he had witnesses, he had clear evidence, he had basically provided the necessary details for his defense.  The Cupzac did nothing but submit daily documents as needed. Capsak didn't listen to my witness briefly before he got up, his questions were improvised and mended on the spot.  The witness wandered about.  In about five minutes, Cupzac appeared in the court and basically knew nothing about my case.  I had to quickly recall my defense, even after I had asked them to meet me early to develop a strategy, or at least to discuss my expectations in court.  I sent him a powerful presentation, and instead of making preparations in the trial, I thrust my exact submission to my lawyer without making any editing, and angered the judge because I had obtained more information than the court wanted as a lay judge knew.  In my case, the Cup Zack office postponed or postponed because the court said it was inconvenient or not to postpone the schedule.  When asked directly from the judge, the Kappsak is changing the schedule and canceling it.  My case was in Tahoe, and when I first met Cupsacks his car was filled with snowballs.  Draw a conclusion.  I took a case of Tahoe so that he could cancel his ski vacation and play in an hour's coat on the weekend.  You have never been proactively notified of the next steps or what you expect.  I was not asked anything by the company eight months passed. I faced the second DUI crime,  Monthly imprisonment or regional service, no two-year license, and two-year DUI classes will be subject to severe fines. After talking on the phone with Bruce Cupsack, I decided to hire him. I was overjoyed at my decision.

It took me 14 months to finish my life stressful, but Bruce treated both DMV and court hearing like a professional. He got my DMV that had my license to exempt my case. After several trials, the DA proposed the release of the drunk person with a $120 fine and a three-year suspension of execution. I was excited about the result!

He is not always easy to get in touch with and often does not get called, so don't meet your friends. But when he got a job, he dealt with everything as promised.

Today is the best day of my life thanks to this law firm.

My lawyer Hudson Bear has rejected my DUI case! !!!  

At first, I didn't know if I would hire this law firm. for they looked a little higher.  But after a brief interview with their very cozy staff and with Hudson Bayer, I was relieved that this law firm would give me the best opportunity to fight my DUI.  Since this law firm specializes in DUI cases only, it has more resources and research dedicated to work than other law firms with multiple specialized fields.  

I called another law firm in the Bay Area, but I was not as relieved as a cupsack. Beia.  Their supporter Heidi knew what she was saying and could justify their prices against cheap law firms.  Their lawyers are experienced in DUI cases and know all the angles of discussion.  Also, their website is a very informational and professional site, and I first saw it.  

I was always sure they would stay on top of my case and not look at other things.  Every time a court is held, Hudson receives the latest information about my case, and he receives a phone call from him to let me know how he is investigating.  I didn't need to go to a single court appointment.

I don't think legal issues are where you should save money now. Cup Sack & Amplifier; There is a shot to fight the DUI and law firm. Bair gave me. Thank you

For other reviews... It is common sense not to expect friends when hiring a lawyer. I don't want friends as lawyers. I want a person who knows what they are doing.

I didn't think it would be difficult to contact my lawyer. When he wasn't in the office, I either had one of his staff contact me or I left a message and would reply immediately.  I hear that he has worked on other cases, and has often been brought to court.

Compared to other DUI experts, they were useless and expensive.  The impression that I was dealing with the DUI factory was...It takes as little time as possible to deal with hundreds of cases one by one.  It was difficult to get through the secretary's phone examination.  Please don't mistake it.  K&A;B appears on the day you want, but no more.  Bruce is familiar with the law, but he didn't put it into practice.  I'm afraid he has preserved it for his class.  My case may not have been a win, but I did not see any concrete benefits by having this company be my representative.  Shopping, personal introductions, and K&Amp;B$4500 + 4000 if you try.  Don't expect much.

I hired K&A;B a few years ago.  I was frustrated because there were so many people I couldn't remember, and I sent another lawyer on the last day of the trial to take a year's probation, and received it twice.  However, I interviewed several other DUI lawyers, and the other lawyers looked unfriendly.  For me, the lawyer they were dealing with DMV hearings was worth it. I was very satisfied with the result.  But I don't tell people to use it automatically.  Let's take the first consultation with as many lawyers as possible with them.  Some may regard you as another ticket, others may offer you good advice for free, and others may want to work with you.
