49ers' Jordan James: Two touches in Week 7 loss
49ers' Jordan James: Two touches in Week 7 loss Jordan James had two touches on offense in the 49ers' 29-20 loss to the Falcons, logging a six-yard carry, an 11-yard catch and a 119 yards on four kickoff returns during the game. Most of James' work was primarily on special teams, with both his touches occurring during the second quarter due to the absence of Christian McCaffrey, who was playing through a minor hamstring injury. James' only chance of consistent playing time on offense is if one of McCaffreys or Kaelon Black is to miss time due to injury. The 49ers will rest during their Week 8 bye and their next game will be against the Raiders on Nov. 8.
